This event follows Day 1 of the TEA Hospitality and Food Technology Teacher Day is an opportunity to engage with Hospitality and Food Industry professionals and inspiring teachers will enable teachers to develop and extend their knowledge and skills in delivering hospitality and food technology content to students. In the new dining precinct of Barangaroo, participants will visit Anason and Micron 12, there will be discussions and tastings of various on trend dishes.
During this course there is opportunities for participants to discuss the focus areas with industry professionals as well as with colleagues, to network and build collegial relationships with their peers.
